The standard rate has the following cancellation policy:
- Free if communicated at least 7 days before the arrival date
- 20% of the amount of your stay if communicated less than 7 days before the arrival date.
The discounted and prebooking rate have the following cancellation policy:
- Not refundable deposit of the 20% of the amount of your stay
In order to conclude your reservation, you will be asked the payment of a deposit of the 20% of the total amount of your stay that can be paid either via bank transfer or with credit card withdrawal.
For the NOT REFUNDABLE rate, the amount of your deposit must be deposited a few days after your reservation. This deposit is not refundable but it can be turned into a voucher that will be valid even for a stay in 2022.
The total amount can be paid in cash (until € 999,00 ) or with credit card (PagoBankomat, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro).
The credit card requested on the reservation made directly in our website guarantees only that the reservation ended well.
With our reservation system is advisable to book in advance as our prices will change according to the current availability.
The cancellation policy will be directly indicated in your offer. At the moment of your reservation the hotel will provide you with the precise amount that you will have to pay, with the bank routing numbers in order to pay the deposit and with the instructions that you will have to follow if you select the credit card withdrawal method. In case of cancellation of your reservation outside of the terms dictated by the cancellation policy, the deposit will not be returned (as written in the civil code, art. 1385); the hotel, according to the situations, might recognize the deposit as valid for a future holiday and a different reservation.
The above mentioned cancellation policies may differ in specific periods of time or for particular offers; anyway all the details will of course be revealed to the guests at the moment of their reservations.
In case of early departure, the total amount of the room will be charged for all the days that had previously been reserved.
